YOGA

i often read about YOGA and the benefits chaps gain from it...but never tried practising it, and that -----baba cracked my skull and often wondered HOW CULD PEOPLE LEARN YOGA IN A MOB? still hthe Q hovers!!! It was then, i made a decision to rise up early, probably b4 sun, and make my body muscles feel the strain...the movements in YOGA!
I initially suffered '----' pain throughout the body and also tried to 'bunk' yoga exercises.. the other reason accompanying this was the GOD atmosphere being pleasurely created which many folks enjoyed!! and ya dey atill do... i am an ATHEIST..so u will understand the rejection to that atmosphere( i shud add that every one curses me for being so...) As my body tuned to the elegant yogic movements,the freshness,the mental fitness i started enjoying it. It seems that our body does not take the freshness though its available at dawn, may be that is allergic to many souls as they arent use to...
An important thing i noticed and experienced which wud justify my observations and inferences.. All the ASANS are purely based on the animals, birds and trees which makes our souls damn fit! which means that YOGA brings one close to nature and it does train a person in way applying nature laws! Yoga also deals and 'seals' the FIVE ELEMENTS and healthy, fresh, and energized ENERGY! PRANAYAM helps capturing,conserving,nurturing and enhancing the energy. Meditation goals at stable mind a thoughtless one, experiencing a segregation from this ARTICULOUS WORLD... materialistic wud be a precise one..may be.
i am unable to conclude this vast topic which i am aware isnt tea of my cup!!!! so as to conclude i would say...practise YOGA...
